Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.06.2018

Some milk chocolate, Kaba, subtle boisée, a first developed undertone with an almost truffle-like colour, cherry, thyme, rich tannic impression on the palate, mellow and grainy-dry, taut, very mild acidity, pronounced alcohol, strong chalky-mineral base and still very firmly joined in everything, needs further maturity.
