The red wine Le Dragon de Quintus, vintage 2015 from the winery Château Quintus has been rated in 2016 by Peter Moser with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region St. Emilion in France.
Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening, ripe dark berry fruit with a delicate touch of spice, a hint of sour cherry confit and orange zest. Juicy, extract-sweet and elegant, fine tannins, pleasant nougat, spicy on the finish, already well developed.
