Tasting from 16.02.2022

It has a bright deep golden yellow colour, with silver reflections. There is a fine savoury botrytis touch, as well as aromas of yellow tropical fruit, dried fruit nuances, delicate hints of guava, fig, candied orange zest, and a touch of honey. It is juicy, sweet and elegant, with ripe tropical fruit, pleasant acidity, nice minerality, displaying good length, and it has certain ageing potential. It has a full-bodied style.
