Tasting from 23.05.2019: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, faint watery edge. Fine nougat, ripe dark berry fruit in the background with ripe plum and candied orange zest. Taut, red berry fruit, tightly meshed, fine wood support, good freshness, salty minerality and long with delicate nougat caramel on the finish. Solid ageing potential.
