Relatively clear wood, butterscotch, vanilla. But also blueberry compote, sweet almond, herbal notes. Delicate structure, subtle, well-hidden tannins of medium grain on a creamy base, solid, sophisticated Bordeaux, rather classic in style and therefore a good food companion after a few years of ageing.
