Tasting Notes
Strong ruby garnet, violet rim brightening. Fine spicy notes of cloves and cinnamon on the nose, underlaid with juicy soft fruit. Elegant and full-bodied on the palate, juicy dark blackberry fruit, some nougat and licorice, powerful, round tannins, very good length, persistent chocolate finish, very good potential. An outstanding result considering the vintage.
