Very pale, almost a like a white wine in colour. Fragrant on the nose with grapey, savoury and mineral notes, background hints of rose and lavender. Taut and straightforward on the palate with fresh acidity, medium-bodied, juicy, good length. A fresh, very high-quality thirst quencher, full of tension.
