Tasting from 28.08.2014

Deep dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle edge brightening. Ripe plum fruit underlaid with fine blackberry confit, fine herbal spice, nuances of orange zest. Juicy, round and opulent, dark forest berries, fine acidity structure, extract-sweet finish, delicate cocoa note in the aftertaste, has length and maturity potential, thanks to its slate minerality the alcohol is not negatively noticeable.
