Tasting from 05.05.2006

Deep dark ruby garnet, almost opaque core, violet rim brightening, intense dark berry confit on the nose, delicate hints of sloes, eucalyptus, orange peel. Concentrated on the palate, full-bodied, firm tannins, fresh structure, clearly characterized by ripe Cabernet, still a little hard on the finish, delicate coffee touch on the finish.
