Tasting Notes

Tasting from 20.04.2023: Peter Moser

Deep Garnet, purple reflections, broad lightening on the rim. Subtle smoky-herbal notes, savoury background of dark wild berries, a hint of sour cherries, some chocolate. Taut, finely meshed, ripe cherries, nougat, mineral, supporting tannins. A salty finish, gluggable, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
