Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

Red berries and elderberry, blackberry, black cherry, some vanilla and caramel, leather. On the palate, the wine flows oily and salty, a fine tannic impression and a fresh thread of acidity give the concentrated structure tension and liveliness, the alcohol is well integrated, the tactile minerality leads into a very long finish.
