Light yellow with silver-coloured reflections. Subtle bouquet with aromas of nectarine, greengage, apricot, white flowers, some sage and lemongrass, plus waxy hints. Moderate acidity on the palate, lean body and animating style. Fine salty minerality and a delicately textured and juicy finish. A wine that is great fun to drink now.
