Tasting from 16.02.2022: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate rim brightening. Ripe plum and black cherry, nuances of blueberry and nougat, delicate tobacco notes, candied orange zest, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, tightly meshed, red cherry, freshly structured, well-integrated tannins, mineral salty finish, a finesse-rich food companion, good future, already gluggable, but should be allowed to mature for another five years.
