Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening, opaque core. Ripe wild berry confit, a hint of wood savouriness, fine caramel touch, cardamom hints. Complex, juicy, firm, integrated tannins, mineral, sweet extract of nougat and cherries, a good food companion.

Deep dark ruby, violet reflexes, discreet bright rim. Delicate vanilla, some caramel, fine cherry fruit, a breath of single malt. Medium body, seems a little loosely knit, sweet fruit, a breath of honey and figs on the finish, lemony touch in the aftertaste.
