Tasting Notes
Strong ruby, purple reflections, subtle edge brightening. Intense tobacco nuances, a hint of leather, ripe plum fruit, candied orange zest. Raisins. Juicy, relatively fresh in view of the alcohol, some nougat, integrated tannins, a companion for strong meat dishes, for friends of a mature red wine style.
More about the tastingClearly concentrated aroma reminiscent of rum raisins, balsam and mint. There are also hints of dried cherries and plums. It impresses on the palate with agile tannins and brilliant acidity. A chameleon, a delicious one at that.
