Tasting from 01.09.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Dark, bright garnet with ruby reflections. Great, open-hearted nose of wild strawberries, rosehips, rhubarb, delicate blood orange, noble savoury notes in the aftertaste and slightly animalistic. Polished on the palate and full-bodied from the start, vivid tannins characterise the palate, still young, shows certain ageing potential for great development, a wine full of character.
