Tasting from 16.08.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby in the glass. Concentrated fruit aromas on the nose. Notes of sloe, blackberry and blueberry. Also hints of dark chocolate, mocha and liquorice. Deep and soft on the palate, with ripe acidity, finely polished tannins and a spicy, ethereal, mineral finish.
