Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.05.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Very light silver-grey with filigree mousse. Open-hearted nose of crisp pear and rich apple. On the palate it's balanced and clear, with a well judged interplay between acidity, fruit and mousse. Good length and shows many layers.
