Tasting from 26.05.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Rich straw yellow with a bright core. Mature notes of apricot, meadow flowers, wet stone. Considerable tension on the palate, slight savoury nuances, a nice saltiness and a soft finish, drinks well.

Clear straw yellow with green reflections. Ripe grapefruit and citrus fruit on the nose, then a hint of flint. Creamy texture on the palate, juicy and mineral, with a beautiful finish.
