Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby in colour with purple reflections and subtle brightening on the ochre rim. On the nose, aromas of black fruits of the forest, hints of blueberry and fig, with nuances of Cabernet Franc savouriness and subtle notes of fine oak. The palate is complex and juicy, with firm, supporting tannins, red fruit, and some nougat on the long, minerally finish. Still seems very young, with the potential for further ageing.
