Tasting from 14.02.2021: Peter Moser

Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. Fine herbal spice with a hint of lychee, gooseberry and white currants on the nose. The palate is elegant, juicy and fresh, with a kiss of woody spice and a mineral accent to the finish. A very lively and animating bottle, perfect with lighter foods.
