Tasting Notes
Light yellow green, silver reflections. Ripe gooseberry fruit underlay with fresh herbs, smoky, dark minerality, a hint of grapefruit in the background, still somewhat restrained. Elegant, fine white tropical fruit, subtle hints of vineyard peach, finely structured, gentle minerality, taut and persistent, a multi-faceted food wine with sure ageing potential.
