Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.08.2014: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening, dark forest berry confit with a delicate smoky-animal undertone, tobacco nuances, subtle herbal spice. Good complexity, some nougat caramel, present tannins, dries out a little despite the sweetness in the finish, somewhat rustic style.
