Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Ripe plum fruit, a hint of fig and nougat, with candied orange zest in the background, delicate herbal savouriness. Fine fruit sweetness, ripe cherry, fine nuances of the limestone soil, integrated acidity, charming, sticks well, already developed, a multi-faceted food companion.
