Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine precious wood spice on the nose, black berry fruit, delicate notes of licorice and candied orange zest, attractive bouquet. Juicy, elegant, pleasant ripe red berry fruit, present, well-integrated tannins, cherries in the aftertaste, lingers well, good development potential, sour cherries and currants in the aftertaste. Already a well-developed food companion.
