Tasting from 10.10.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Classic aroma of dried herbs, red and dark fruits, cherry, blackcurrant, smoke and some undergrowth. Full-bodied and deep on the palate, well-balanced by the vivid acid vein, ripe and crisp tannins in medium quantities, with a spicy, savoury finish. Goes well with strongly flavoured dishes.
