Brilliant straw yellow with a fine and continuous mousse. Notes of green apple, banana, lychee and a hint of citrus peel, white flowers and yeast on the nose. Dry, enveloping and mineral on the palate. Good aromatic harmony between nose and palate, with a sweet finish. Good mineral persistence.
