Tasting from 24.05.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense straw yellow with an olive green core. Yellow apple, buttery pastry and some citrus on the nose. Shows clear, yellow fruit on the palate, velvety smoothness and some carbonic acid, with a delicately bitter finish, currently somewhat unbalanced.
