Tasting from 01.10.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, brilliant light gold with persistent mousse. Initially a hint of iodine on the nose, then opens up to a white bread crust, a hint of incense, candied citrus fruit and a light honey finish. Clear and smooth on the palate, flows gently over the tongue with a crisp, salty mousse, harmonious finish.
