Tasting from 06.09.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Ruby red with cherry red edges. Presents a complex nose of plum, blood orange and iron, then undergrowth and mint chocolate. Taut on the palate with plenty of structure, showing lots of dark fruit and grippy tannins, which are currently still slowing things down a little, with a persistent finish on light wood.
