Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby with violet; somewhat cool, restrained nose, of powidl, some vanilla and cloves; spreads out very richly on the palate, powerful, then shows a lot of tannin, but seems quite rough at the core, slightly draining, rough, sweetness and tannin are still far apart, the future will show whether this will grow together.
