Tasting from 21.04.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Pale yellow, shiny. Fine and lively mousse. Notes of apples, pears and candied lemon peel. Creamy on the palate, repeating the fruity notes from the nose, with a hint of fresh lemon. Closes dry, not very persistent.
