Tasting from 19.03.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant, bright straw yellow. Compact nose with notes of dried herbs, particularly thyme, some pear, and almond in the background. Salty and juicy initially and as it develops, shows good concentration upfront, then becomes a little loose-knit and not integrated on the finish.
