Tasting from 22.03.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dark, sinister ruby with a drop of purple. Very earthy, sinister nose of sealing wax, porcini mushrooms, underbrush, wet wood, ink, reverberating with nutmeg and grated pepper. On the palate initially juicy, inky, with blue fruit and earthy loosely knit tannin, slightly of rubber hose, on the finish it emphasizes earthy tones.
