The white wine Sauvignon FCO DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Cornium has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points.
Intense straw yellow with light golden reflections. On the nose ripe lemon, peach, a hint of resin, some yeast towards the end. On the palate medium-weight mouthfeel, clear yellow fruit, a little short on the finish.
