Tasting from 04.11.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a delicately brightening rim. On the nose there is a gentle scent of strawberry, along with fine rose hip and raspberry, reverberating with fine earthy tones. The palate is very juicy and very fresh at the beginning, but becomes very vegetal in the course and remains drying with considerable acidity.
