Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant orange pink with persistent mousse. The nose displays notes of buttered pastries, fresh raspberries, fine orange nuances and fine sea-salty tones with some blackberry on the aftertaste. The palate has a beautiful fruity core and well-integrated mousse with a distinct perkiness, subtle raspberry fruit, dry on the finish.
