Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.10.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe yellow fruit on the nose, yellow apple, peach, reine claude plum and also pear, herbal and nutty notes, almond slivers. Full-bodied on the palate, with a soft texture and ripe acidity, well-balanced, dry with fine citrus notes and a hint of bitter almond on the finish. Goes well with fish and white meat.
