Tasting from 26.05.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow colour with green reflections. On the nose shows nuances of ripe peach and sugar melon, fine herbal note and meadow flowers. Creamy on the palate, with great balance between acidity and fruit texture, unfortunately a bit diluted on the midpalate, with some saltiness on the finish.
