Tasting from 03.11.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with brightening rim. On the nose there are subtle vegetal hints, bacon, smoke, red currant. Also on the palate there are a mix of vegetal and smokey flavours, currently still seems very young and unbalanced.
