Deep ruby red with a delicately lightening rim. On the nose there are notes of very ripe cherry and plum, raisin, some rum steeped fruit and dried figs. On the palate it is initially juicy, with gripping notion and course, plus fine notes of coffee in the final firm drive, with a slight aftertaste.
