Tasting from 17.03.2023: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, purple reflections, opaque core, subtle brightening on the rim. Delicate spicy notes, fine black forest berries, blackberries and liquorice, tobacco nuances. Juicy, black cherries, some nougat, mineral texture, ripe, supporting tannins, robust yet elegant. A complex food companion with a salty and persistent finish, good ageing potential.
