Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

It has a bright, gleaming and transparent ruby red colour, with a bright rim. On the nose there are aromas of red berry and ripe cherry, as well as red currant, and some forest floor character in the background. On the palate it is emphatically juicy, with an appealing and lively acidity, supple tannins, and a fruity core, and it is very salty on the finish.
