Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby; very clear, accessible nose, pronounced notes of wild raspberries and elderberries; dense tannins in the attack and on the palate, elderberries also on the palate, unfortunately dries out a little at the back, harsh finish, could become nicely soft with increasing ageing.
