Apricot, some fennel green and also green tea on the fragrant nose, also hints of pipe tobacco. Invigorating on the palate with taut acidity and well-groomed mousse, mirabelle plum, apricot, pear also appear, creamy texture and fine, savoury piquancy on the finish.
