The red wine Centuno Sicilia DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery CVA Canicattì has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nero d’Avola from the region Sicily in Italy.
Intense, powerful ruby red with a very slightly brightening rim. Dried rose petals, sour cherries and some plums on the nose. Powerful on the palate at first sip, showing dark fruit nuances, then appears tannic and brittle in the middle section and on the finish.
