Light golden yellow colour. Typical varietal nose: apricot, citrus fruit, with mature notes reminiscent of petrol and a hint of pastry. A subtly sweet attack on the palate, fine mousse, again pleasantly integrated mature notes, well-structured. Fruity, salty and harmonious aftertaste.
