The red wine No Man’s Land Kometa Trakiiaska Nizina PGI, vintage 2013 from the winery Damianitza has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Goiter Valley in Bulgaria.
Medium carmine-garnet color, ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Red forest berry confit underlaid with fine precious wood spice, preserved cherries, delicate leafy spice. Juicy, extract-sweet texture, ripe plums, present tannins, some vanilla on the finish, mineral touch on the finish, a velvety-spicy food companion.
