The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2013 from the winery Damoli Bruno has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Dark, bright ruby purple colour. Expressive on the nose, marzipan, sweet spices, iodine, ripe cherry fruit, pepper! Elegant cherry fruit on the palate, light chestnut flavours, ripe, comes in several layers, has a lot of everything, unfortunately a little grippy and slightly bitter on the finish.
