The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2012 from the winery Danese has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Intense ruby red with slightly lightening rim and bright core. Dried plums, ripe strawberries and lightly smoky on the nose. Well balanced on the palate, nice texture with sweet tannins, shows harmony throughout and a juicy and firm drive on the finish.
